As Chief Technology Officer, Prasad will define and drive the overall technology vision and platform strategy aligned with long-term business goals. His role will focus on ensuring strong alignment between technology and revenue growth, building a high-velocity engineering organization, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. He will lead initiatives around data and intelligence, AI and automation adoption, and the development of an API-first ecosystem for seamless integrations. Additionally, he will ensure reliability, security, and compliance across systems while optimizing cost and operational efficiency. A key priority will also be driving innovation to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
Prior to this role, Prasad served as Director of Global Engineering, where he was responsible for engineering delivery ownership, ensuring timely and high-quality product releases. He drove team productivity, implemented scalable technical architectures, and collaborated closely with cross-functional teams to align engineering efforts with business priorities. His responsibilities also included establishing structured development processes, maintaining quality and stability, mentoring engineering teams, managing resources, and overseeing production support and incident management.
