This Privacy Policy applies to all Romeo Bravo Software (RBS) websites and software products including but not limited to www.rbsgo.com, www.romeobravosoftware.com, www.ysrbs.com (Yellowstone), www.guidepointer.com, www.ranchbookings.com, and www.caselogger.com. This policy governs how RBS collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information. The term “Client” refers to a business using RBS products. The term “Customer” refers to an individual engaging with a Client.

Protecting private information and maintaining data security are top priorities at RBS. This policy is reviewed regularly to ensure it reflects current laws and responsible data practices.

Information We Collect
RBS collects personal information provided voluntarily by Clients including billing details, credit card data, and contact information. This data is used to fulfill authorized transactions and provide software services.

Some RBS products enable Clients to collect similar information from their Customers. Clients are responsible for managing their own privacy policies and ensuring they meet legal requirements. RBS will provide support upon request to verify or certify those policies.

Important Notes:

Full credit card numbers or Social Security Numbers should never be entered into any RBS system where they remain visible after being saved.

Credit card and sensitive personal data entered into RBS platforms are encrypted, tokenized, and stored securely in compliance with PCI standards.

Sharing and Use of Information
RBS does not sell, rent, or lease Client or Customer data.

We may share personal data with trusted service providers for the purposes of email delivery, technical support, infrastructure management, or business analytics. These providers are required to maintain confidentiality and are only permitted to use information as instructed by RBS.

We may disclose personal data when required to comply with applicable laws or to protect the rights, safety, or property of RBS, its Clients, or the public.

Automatically Collected Information
When you access RBS websites or platforms, we may collect technical data including IP addresses, browser types, access times, and referring URLs. This information is used for system performance, security, and service improvement.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Clients will be notified of material changes through email, website updates, or within the RBS platform.
